Sarah graduated from Haverford College in May 2013 with a B.S. in Chemistry and a minor in Classics. As an undergraduate, she studied the chemical composition of weathered oil and traced the fate of chemical dispersant in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. She joined the Joye Research Group in 2014 and hopes to continue studying the biotic and abiotic weathering of oil in marine environments.
