AbstractNOVELTY - Synthetic rubber comprises butylbenzene rubber, aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 4,4'-dithiodimorpholine (DTDM) as sulfiding agent, microcrystalline wax, hydroxy silicone oil, polydimethylsiloxane, polyethylene wax, glycerol triacetate, N-cyclohexyl benzothiazole-2-sulfenamide (CZ) as accelerating agent, carbon black N550, N,N-di-(2-naphthyl)-P-phenylenddiamine (DNP) as antiaging agent, clay, polyethylene, triethyl citrate, and modified diatomite comprising e.g. diatomite, titanium dioxide, lithopone, lignin, expanded perlite, ferric trichloride, and N-butyraldehyde-aniline condensate. ADVANTAGE - The synthetic rubber improves weather, friction and aging resistances of the color sorter. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Synthetic rubber comprises 60-90 pts. wt. butylbenzene rubber, 2-4 pts. wt. aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 2-3 pts. wt. 4,4'-dithiodimorpholine (DTDM) as sulfiding agent, 1-3 pts. wt. microcrystalline wax, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 1-2 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 1-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 2-3 pts. wt. glycerol triacetate, 1-2 pts. wt. N-cyclohexyl benzothiazole-2-sulfenamide (CZ) as accelerating agent, 30-40 pts. wt. carbon black N550, 2-3 pts. wt. N,N-di-(2-naphthyl)-P-phenylenddiamine (DNP) as antiaging agent, 3-5 pts. wt. clay, 2-4 pts. wt. polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. triethyl citrate, and 10-12 pts. wt. modified diatomite comprising 40-50 pts. wt. diatomite, 6-8 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-4 pts. wt. lithopone, 2-4 pts. wt. lignin, 5-8 pts. wt. expanded perlite, 3-5 pts. wt. ferric trichloride, 2-4 pts. wt. The modified diatomite is prepared by soaking the diatomite in 5-10% of hydrochloric acid solution for 40-60 minutes, drying the obtained material and then filtering and adding expanded perlite, sintering the mixture at a high temperature of 750-800 for 1-2 hours, cooling the mixture to room temperature, then adding beeswax, grinding the mixture into 120-160 meshes of fine powder, adding mixed material and other remaining material, ball milling the mixture into fine powder, fully dispersing, and uniformly mixing. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the synthetic rubber comprising grinding microcrystalline wax, polyethylene wax and clay into powder using a ball mill, mixing butylbenzene rubber into a mixer for 2-3 minutes, mixing adding aromatic hydrocarbon oil, microcrystalline wax, polydimethylsiloxane, polyethylene wax, accelerating agent CZ, anti-aging agent DNP, clay, glycerol triacetate, polyethylene and triethyl citrate at 70-90 degrees C for 3-5 minutes, then adding N550 carbon black and hydroxy silicone oil at 90-120 degrees C for 6-10 minutes, adding vulcanizing agent DTDM and remaining material, vulcanizing the material in a vulcanizing machine at a pressure of 12-15 Mpa and a temperature of 80-100 degrees C for 30-60 minutes, and further vulcanizing at a pressure of 12-15 Mpa and a temperature of 80-100 degrees C for 20-30 minutes.
