AbstractNOVELTY - The repairing method of halogenated hydrocarbon contaminated sites by using combination of chemical leaching and microbial involves performing chemical leaching, injecting eluent into contaminated soil via injection wells, withdrawing eluent carrying contaminantes from extraction wells, dissolving biosurfactants in carrier liquid, rinsing eluent, and injecting KB1 bacteria into contaminated soil for carrying out microbial remediation. The eluent comprises carrier liquid of ethanol-water mixture. USE - The method is useful for repairing halogenated hydrocarbon contaminated sites by using chemical leaching and microbial (claimed).
